TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “IPHONE/PARKING” COMPETITION
1 | DURATION
1.1 The promotional competition starts on 1 April 2022 and ends at midnight on 31 May 2022.
2 | WHO MAY ENTER
2.1 To qualify as an entrant in the competition you must have SnapScan installed on your mobile device and must follow the competition rules.
2.2 Employees, agents, immediate family members of employees and promoters of SnapScan may not enter the competition.
3 | HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Pay for your parking ticket at the V&A Waterfront with the SnapScan app during the months of April and May 2022.
3.2 Qualifying payments must have a minimum value of R10.
3.3 Entrants will qualify for an entry each time they pay for their parking ticket with the SnapScan app. Each person can enter up to 3 times per day.
4 | PRIZE
4.1 The winner will receive one iPhone 13 128GB black (no charger included) as a prize.
4.2 One winner will be drawn on 1 June 2022 via a random draw. The winner will be contacted a phone call, using the phone number linked to their SnapScan app. If we are unable to get in touch with the winner after 4 days, we will redraw, to a maximum of 3 draws.
4.3 The winner’s prize will be couriered to them once they provide us with their details.
5 | GENERAL
5.1 By entering this Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants in the competition will also be bound by the SnapScan app’s Ts&Cs.
5.2 Our decision will be final and binding on all aspects of the Competition and no correspondence or debate will be entered into. All of our rights are reserved.
5.3 SnapScan reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
